The media
It slanders
It makes people angry
It shatters lives

Have you ever noticed
That we never see the good stuff
That people who are recognized
Are never shown enough

We always see the wars
And the murders
And the idiots who rob the bank
Politicians too

I'm sick and tired of what I see
On the media
Turn off the TV, the radio, everything!
I can't take it anymore

I want to see what's good
I want to see the world in a good light
But it will never change
Because what is good doesn't excite
