Memoirs Of A Boy Poem by Belle elleb

Memoirs Of A Boy

Sing me all the songs
you used to talk about.
The ones where all the
words would fall apart.
About the Ocean, Love and Pain
it's all the same, you would say.

The nights when I'd
hum you to sleep.
And you'd kiss me like
this was the last time.
How were we supposed to know?

Now sometimes I remember You,
and it's hard to say your name.
But I've never forgotten,
I hardly wish i would.
How could I forget?
