only time will tell
how hard i fell
when you were gone and we weren't friends
it was so hard to make amends
walking around thinking what did i do
believing gossip that was far from the truth
the same thing with you thinking i was mad at you
for something you didn't do
our chemistry broke down but its back again
but, alas we need to start as friends
cause i don't want to ruin something great when were together
hapiness is what i feel, however
when i said my heart has spoken
and will never again be broken
i was saying it needs to be treated with care
and not ripped apart like a malicious bear
i dont know what love is like
i’ve heard it is like a fight
if you dont put your alll into it you would have lost
your relationship would be the cost
but soon enough if i’m tough
i might find the true definition of love
