Thoughts cloud
dissipating energy
simply wandering
from hearts
to hearts
from clueless themes
to nameless moods
thoughts dehydrate
the life stream waste
Some hours are heavy
they kill our living urge
we are sluggish
and reduced to rubbish
our tired limbs
are weighing upon chains
wonder why the heart
which yester night
sang like a lark
and danced angel light
wont budge a point
this hour gloomy and sad
it is the thoughts
the negative thoughts
that we brood upon
eating up our life drive
with gluttonous mouth and thrive.
