Incurably malicious, and rabidly deceitful
Their yellow belly sadists with rabid eyes for statues
Famished for fresh mistakes to burn you at their stakes
So they can please their pride, inflicting subtle knives
Cutting through with words, and maiming for slight actions
On the hunt for blood to nail you for small Infractions
They throw their weight on rules to fuel the tyrants' tools
Yet never bend to them, like dogs unleashed who drools
Their frothing for titles to hang their tiny egos on
Slobbering for scraps for a taste of authority
Smug in their strings of their puppets Seniority
Convinced that their lords on floors of a big box
They Infectiously bootlick their bosses' black laces
Cunningly scheming by professionally pleasing
And then passing the buck to the bottom lines stuck
With failures from seniors who plant yoke on their faces
A slithering brownnose, and a dictator lite
Pushing their clipboard, walking impotently cross
They badger, and sneer at your efforts they jeer
Micromanage your spirit, and choke at your fears
Playing mind games with cancerous whispers and rumors
Lurking for chances to wedge the knife in your back
Cause their tiny titles make them feel like demigods
But their ant who wears a boot who can barely kick the fog
Its an incurably malady, of despotic banality
And overcompensation for a lack autonomy
A symptom of martinets and weaselly sycophants
always groveling for crumbs of respect and control
They think they're on top when their halfway down
Convinced that their kings when their a blustering Clown
Their only rats in a box with a god complex
Pleased with big cheese cause their test Subjects
Be careful where you walk these vultures will plot
Scheming and backstabbing for more power ad hoc
You can find them in offices, floors of stores and warehouses
Their a species of cretins that fascism espouses
Warning sings include plotting and cold calculation
Cutthroat an conniving their staff by Exploitation
It's a sickness rewarded as an acute position
Designed for the devious of malignant ambition
Wherever you work you'll know
Its middle management Complex Syndrome
I can relate to this poem. Big or small offices have this kind of people. This leads to demoralization in the workforce and affect the efficiency of all.
They throw their weight on rules to fuel the tyrants' tools Yet never bend to them, like dogs unleashed who drools.....appreciated this wonderful expression. A fantastic poem....5 stars.

Another great depiction of one of the ills prevalent in the workforce. Powerfully expressed.
