You bring to life a part of me that I never knew existed.
You raise emotions I wasn't aware that I possessed.
I can hear music in a rainbow;
I can see colors in a song;
I know how it feels to fly without wings
upon a silver breeze.
I feel the special magic that only two people
who share each other's souls are able to feel.
And as my tears sing in harmony with the crystal raindrops,
I think of you.
Because I am no longer one being;
I am Two, entwined into a single heart.
And that heart is so full - full of the beauty of Us -
that I sometimes feel it has always been this way.
And I wonder, Can it stay like this?
Frozen in time and space,
without a single whisper of change?
And suddenly I realize: There is no other way.
For you have become the very essence of my being;
And to give up that essence would mean giving up myself.
And so it continues...
Two lives, forever joined through
every minute that we are apart...
