sunlit skies covered by overwhelming blue hue
as seen reflected in your beautiful eyes
while I'm looking at you

sound rushes as the breeze blow the leaves effortlessly
pleasantly feeling your heartbeat's pulsing melody
as we embrace each other tenderly
indulging in this rhythmic symphony

cool and refreshing as the morning dew, in stillness it patiently waits
our heightened senses clashing, with every gentle touch
tasting your soft cherry lips as my eyes were shut
unable to see, finally realising, you kissed me

delightful our magnificent surrounding maybe, in my sight
you are still as equally astounding to me
so as this vibrant day turns to a shimmering night
its stars twinkle in the vast palette of black and white
truly, I'm grateful to be here with you tonight
