A mother wipes her tears
For her only son she fears
She turned to God and pray
That her son would change his way
She thinks her son is despicable
So she's asking God for a miracle
She knows her son is a black sheep
Out in the ocean like a lost ship
But life is like a book of mystery
You'll never know until the end of the story
Like in the morning it would be sunny
But at the end of the day it's rainy
We never judge a book by its cover
For we never know whats written under
Yes mothers knows whats best for their child
But we're just like some animals out in the wild
We make mistakes as a lesson
But thats what makes us truly a person
The journey is our own
But the destination is unknown
FOR MY MOTHER...MERLINDA
