Mother moon I wish I may,
I wish I might,

I wish I may have strength tonight,
I can not walk this life alone,
I need your guidance to help me with this journey we call life.

So take my hand and bless me on this starry night.

Watching you shine in this midnight blue sky,

Help me through this journey.
Let the stars twinkle all through the night.

Making you shine brighter and brighter.
Watching you shimmer on the glassy deep sea.
