Mr Dreams Poem by venessa ambrose

Mr Dreams

Have you seen Mr dreams today,
He canvassed through the villages earlier,
Melodiously visiting the male and female folks alike,
Delivering his bundles to all,
While watching its enclosure.
By the tree he sat,
As the men both young and old held there dreams forth,
Every dream with its master,
Some held there dream above the flames,
And watched it bring them pure shame,
A few others aimed their's to the northern winds,
Blowing fierce with vengeance,
Some sold their's to the local merchant,
For tiny pieces of aged ruby,
In a iron cage,
Some place their's to assure it a safe realm,
The gods souls placed their's in innovations truck,
And watched it journey to diverse land.
