Sweet, sweet, you are the music of my heart
Playing its Overture of Adoration;
Soft violins that plead their Spirit's strings
Into my sense to lure the soul's elation,
Black and Ivory keys so touched by genius love
Charge melting fire through veins in exultation,
The beating drums who tempo accelerates
The heightening of the heart's mad palpitation,
The cymbals crash! The peak of ecstasy,
And the violins and sweet, sweet consecration.
