Now,
I look at you
in a different way
why did you cloud
a sky between you and I
yet make it seem a sunny day
your eyes were clear
yet they weren't there
and still such atmosphere
...having you near
yet having to reach for
something so far…..
like that star
which fell at my feet
crawling up to my knees
into my needs
and yet still fell apart
again dazed away into
another milky way
afraid to really be...
as if just one lovers' thought
when caught
…could run away
