My Star, my Star, my blue little Star,
That came to adorn my life,
which was altogether forlorn,
rejected and abandoned

I was mesmerized by your love
And fancied moments spending with you.
You bought me into a world,
which was entirely new to me.

I loved you with a love,
That my heart couldn't hold,
my mind couldn't contain,
I fell in love with you intensely

Until that thick cloud came
Took you out of my sight
And you went happily,
Leaving me alone in this dark world.

I waited for you, my blue little Star,
looking up to the sky so high
This time of grieving has kept me growing
As I accept this transition in my life!
