My Brain Poem by Laquory Jones

My Brain

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes I feel my brain
Literally on the run
Won't stop for anything
Never letting up
Never feeling done

All the food for thought
Tends to get wet up
Like I'm playing catch up
While trying to muster up
The courage so I can feel

It clusters the rise
For success gets higher
The depths only gets darker
I suddenly lose
To the runaway train

To the deeper depths
Of my brain
My veins constricted
The more that I think
The farther, the deeper
I'll eventually sink

I'll go for a drink for
My brain is on the border
I'm literally insane
I feel is no longer
Anxiety and the anger
It's all that remains

For we only live today
For a better tomorrow
Only heartache and pain
Is in the midst of my sorrow

Though we know that Life is a blessing and is worth living joyfully yet with our insane mind doesn't permit us well to enjoy it to the fullest. Let your brain resort to the Stronghold and may you have peace of mind!
