if every tear i've ever cried
had germinated a seed to life
i'd have a forest at my feet
with castle turrets strong and neat
protection of the sacred keep
within a moat both and wide deep.
no thing, be it alive or dead
would speak of danger in my head
for my forest born of tears
would keep me safe and hold no fears
i'd know by heart the tracks and trails
i'd know by name the beasts and snails.
uninitiated 'others' if they dare
face peril upon entering there
for my scented forest with its verdant hues
holds infinite tests with secret clues
that none may know; though some may try
in the forest where my castle lies.
nice poem....very much liked by meee... liked these lines most.. no thing, be it alive or dead would speak of danger in my head for my forest born of tears would keep me safe and hold no fears i'd know by heart the tracks and trails i'd know by name the beasts and snails. KEEP WRITING_DHAWAN
Only the truly gifted, dare to live through their emotion and cry rivers or even forests of tears. And still fewer are capalbe of writing wonderful poems like this one about it. The great imagination that is iimbedded in these verses is revealing really a great poetic talent. After the darkest hour, comes the brightest dawn. I wish you all the best and hope that the brightest of day breaks may engulf your life with light.

Self explanatory...like it. An intriguing poem, one I can relate to. Although my anger and rage would have used that forest for kindling ages ago. ;)
