Lovely as a rock,
You are always the one that i do see in my dreams;
And whenever i do wake up from my sllep in Africa,
You are always there!
I will get to you my lover,
I will get to you my sweetheart!
Because, i am still lonely and i need a companion like you.

From the hot sun of Africa to the evening tides,
I want to meet that day when we will be in loving arms;
For up high in the sky are our names written on this love,
And you are all that it takes.
I am always looking towards that day when,
The lovely rock of you love will meet mine;
For one day you will be mine.
I do hope and pray for your love,
From the west coast with a love like this to share with;
But until that day,
I will always keep on dreaming for your love.
