My Cup Of Coffee
Waking up in a morning breeze,
Rain pouring down the street;
Warm light that tames the windchill,
Loving the smell of a coffee haze.
Birds chirping at the window,
Fluting sound of a flamingo;
It relaxes your reflexes,
It calms your heart and mind into wellness.
A sip of coffee once again,
It reminds me of your morning sweet kisses;
My lip that touches the lid,
Can feel the subtle of your lip.
Sitting on a couch, while waiting for the rain to stop,
I close my eyes, there you are, inside my mind;
Whispering your name softly touches my heart,
Listening to the beat it sounds delight.
The sun that hides from behind,
The clouds covering the sky so loud;
Morning mist and fog swirling,
My cup of coffee, my fave, my love...

Morning images are beautifully sketched.... And the love painting also show what a great word painter you are... A deep feeling of love for your loved one metaphorically drawn..... As the breeze, rain make the morning pleasant.. The sip in cup of coffee become tasteful as your beloved peeps in your mind....... Lovely poem, smooth and spontaneous..10++
