My Desire Poem by Calvin Nyangena

My Desire

Lovey Lora
Can’t keep this blossoming joy
That has grown to burst almost
That I would not keep it any longer
But burst between our palms.
Can’t help recalling the time; day
We met
But recalling what has come to be
Not that am not that ugly
But you choseth me so
And the affinity in the blood
Initiated the so called love
To come to birth almost.
Can’t let the feeling go
Can’t let it off me leap
That shameful not
To say
I loveth you
I love you
And
I will love you.
Can I reach my destination without you?
Can I achieve my dreams without you?
What about the vise?
Treasured is the moment we met
It was shattering and mystic experience
That you scoured the sadness
Off the cup of my soul
And filled it to the brim with happiness
Peace more so LOVE.
That I should:
Love you immortally
Love you more
Paint your love
To live to fight and die together
To drawn in the ocean of emotions of love
To live a promising life.
That is
My desire.
