Poet's Notes about The Poem

This poem is about my pain, which i feel in my forearms, when i lose weight for this matter. So, i am dedicating it to anyone, who would like to be on the same situation like me as a poet.
The fact is i have composed it in Intabazwe Public Library, hence i am inspired by them for this matter.
