MY INCREDIBLE INDIA
-Kashish Kalra
It's a bliss to be in my homeland
Among the mist of its hospitable sand
This is where every religion feels secure
And each disease has found its cure
Here tradition and culture have become a basic need
And all people wish to do a good deed
With so many cities it's still strongly United
And for this it has been enumerously cited
Every guest here is treated like god
Before everything else we worship our Lord
It's renowned for its fertile plains
And the thirst - quenching monsoon rains
Here every cuisine is favoured
And delectable dishes are savoured
It's got a wide range of language
With breath-taking scenery adding to the vantage
From the awe inspiring Himalayan ranges
Till the Taj which has been a memorial since ages
Indian unity has been carved in history
And for the rest still remains a mystery
In future, higher as it aims to stride
It's my India, I say with sheer pride
Leaving all this is sadly a bane
Goodbye India, until we meet again.
