have you ever wondered
what it would be like
to have you heart ripped out
and beaten with a spike

thats how it felt when you left me
like being trapped in a room at 1000 degree
baby i truly love you
please just give me a chance
to prove ive loved you
since the first glance

we can walk though the woods
throw rocks in the lake
holding hands on the way
to watch a snake

i can be romantic
just give me a try
before you leave me
for that other guy
