My hair maybe thinning
and my eyes are getting dim,
but my loving heart
is still filled to the brim.

My legs maybe stiff
and I walk with a limp,
but my loving heart
isn’t any kind of wimp.

My face maybe wrinkled
and my hearing almost gone,
but my loving heart
is still beating strong.

I may look like I’m past it
all wrinkled and crinkled,
but my loving heart
has lost none of its twinkle.
