My One True Love. Poem by David de Haas

My One True Love.

Rating: 5.0

As I say good night to the moon and stars, my love never sleeps.
As the sun rises I give thanks to god for bringing you to me,
And with that I sleep,
Only to see you the next day.
My eyes longing to see you.
My lips longing to kiss yours.
My heart longing to feel your pure love.
My life needs you in every way,
If you left my heart would die,
My eyes never to see the light again.
or feel the warmth of love.
I rather go to hell then lose you.
My one true love.
