My Own Poem by Maureen Alikor

My Own

My kids,
my motivation.
My kids,
my joy.
My kids,
my zeal.
My kids,
my own.
My kids,
difference makers.
My kids,
mummy awaits you patiently.
My kids,
daddy loves you.
My kids,
he can't wait to have you real.

The dream may be for now
but it's fulfillment shall soon appear.
I owe you a world class daddy.
I pledge to be the best of all the best mummies.
I love you, deeply.
