It was always you
Who stayed by my side
Through all the smiles and despair
The jack-of-all-trades supporter of my day

It was always you
Who stays behind the shadow of my life
And lets me fight
With all my might

It was always you
Who pushed me hard,
Vanquished all the silly butterflies
Clutched my hand tight and whispered heavenly words to my ear

It was you all along
Who played all the roles I admire,
The person who completely touched my soul
And all this time I had you, my superman
