My Theory On Love (Not A Poem) Poem by Scarred Unknown

I thought this up and constantly add more to it so I've decided to post it to show anyone who wants to see.


Theory Of Love

For all the “Good Guys” out there.
For all the girls who are starting to believe there’s no one for her.
For the person with a broken heart
For someone not knowing what a soul mate is
For those for or against Gays
For Marriage and Divorce


Why do the Good Guys finish last? Girls know 99% of the time what they are getting into but in a way if they get hurt now young and lose the bad guy, it will hurt but you can get past it. If they go for the good guy and he turns into the one, they might not be ready and they could lose their chance. You have to get your heart broken to earn the chance for true love because through all the pain, through all the hurt, you become a better person.

You get your heart ripped out and cut in half, but that’s what should happen because if you have a full complete heart then there is no room for someone else’s heart. Once your heart’s been broken there’s only one way to fix it, with someone else’s. That’s why it’s your ONE true love and a soul mate, because there’s only one person out there that has had their heart broken and has the pieces to fix yours and make one complete heart. There’s only one other person out there who’s had their heart broken searching for the pieces to theirs and when you meet them and you choose to give them your heart, that’s when you realize what’s happened and how real and complete you can be.

Marriage doesn’t just happen love doesn’t either. It takes work, and lots of it. It’s like a puzzle just like your heart there are missing pieces that must be filled in with someone else’s heart. Marriage is putting the puzzle together and sometimes you could believe you’ve found all the pieces and then realize half way through your missing some or they don’t fit. This is where usually divorce happens... But you could both work on it, and try to fill in the missing pieces with understanding and love or realize it wasn’t ment to be and go in search of the other half of your heart again. Nothing is easy everything takes work. Marriage is a puzzle ment to take work and love and patience to get through and it should be enjoyed and fun and happy not torture. If it’s not … then maybe it’s not what you need.

You can’t choose who you love, you just do. Whether it’s someone of the same sex or not isn’t what’s important. Notice it’s a SOUL mate not a body mate. You don’t fall in love with the outside of someone you fall in love with their personality their soul their heart.
