Mystery Flowers 04 (Limerick)

This is mystery flower number four.
I ask your help, as I have done before.
I do not know the name,
So how we play the game
Is, he who wins is famous evermore.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is not a contest. There is no prize for telling me the correct answer. I don't know the name of this flower, and if you could help me out by telling me what it is, that would be great.

My curiosity is extremely immense.
This flower is growing through my neighbor's fence.

It looks somewhat like a peony, but I'm not sure. You could ask your neighbor. He may know more.
