Mystery Traveller Sonnets - Sonnet 2 Poem by Roberto Echanes

Mystery Traveller Sonnets - Sonnet 2

Rating: 5.0

Will thou be my friend till my life’s end?
Will thou pour your love like monsoon rain?
And look over me like the shining moon,
steeped in magic light ‘n mystic charm.
Thou art my friend and former sweet lover,
Father time transforms, just friends we stay,
So lovely, so adorable my lotus flower,
Will rolling time stop you withering away?
Will I smell your perfume wafting everywhere?
Your silent presence permeates my life and all,
from eternal void your light will ravish my soul,
Will your sweet song flood my heart with cheer?
Let these verses be thee, and thee live in eternity,
And endless joy lives in you, for you live in infinity.
