Name And Shame Poem by David Harris

I am an honourable person
and not the type
to name and shame.
When someone does me wrong
I just bite my tongue
as if there is nothing wrong.
Everyone has a conscience
and those who hurt friends
I hope it pricks deeply.
No matter what they do
in their remorse,
nothing they say can make amends
for the trust they have broken
and the friendship they exhaled.
If they read what is written
do not reply, you see
live with my money and your guilt
because I have moved on.
