Neil's Mesmerism Poem by Devanshu Patel

Neil's Mesmerism

Rating: 5.0

Awesome dear Neil....
It's really a wonderful experience;
Especially the audio of your recital!
I don't remember how many times I listened to it.
May be a kind of mesmerization occurred.
It gave my fancies an air of sailing in a large vessel,
With salty air blowing with loud roar in full force
On the large kingdom of water stretched so long
As far as my eyes could see...!
And my mind enjoying that sails….
(Of course of ideas....)
Taking me far away
From the land of my consciousness....
Deeply plunged into
The unfathomable depth of
Ocean of joy
In my heart…
Dancing with the rhythm of
Blowing air…
My breaths.
Thanks

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Today as my routine I opened the website and curiously looked for POD. (Of course I didn't expect myself being selected.. because I know my standard, and I just write for my pleasure.. to feel relief from brain storming created with seeing something exciting, a kind of purgation actually.)Coming to the point..I read Neil's poem 'Of Ships And The Sea'.. enjoyed the recital rather for so many times...and start writing the comment later...could not control words...became long and was not allowed to send it because of the length...So I posted this just as my comment on that wonderful poem of Neil Stewart McLeod. Thanks a lot.
