New Love Poem by Joseph Ivie

New Love

Oh new love, where did you go?
When did this become old?
Oh new love, when did the expire?
When did time ever stop us?
Oh love, why are you now my disease?
When did you stop curing me?
Oh love, why did my heart turn to cold?
when did you build this brick wall?
oh love, can you hear me anymore?
when did are hands part and are hearts die?
oh love, you have taken my heart and soul
When did you become the devil

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The girl i love has turned cold towards our relationship. We once talked about a unbreakable love. Now she doesn't believe in love. I was once her drug, now i am nothing but a grave stone.
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Gajanan Mishra 27 April 2013

True love never fade, The girl we love are not true. We love God. it is eternal. it is pious. love means to give to surrender to enjoy in giving, to set free, we must see in this line- the love.
