New York
New York is a city
That is just so pretty
Walking on Broadway at night
Gave me a feeling of delight
Everyone is there, to try to make it somewhere
But it can be a hard life
If you give up the strife
Seeing people live on the street
Just made my heart bleed
So i gotta thank my lucky stars
For having a roof that my son and I can call ours
