And once discoursed a man mighty learned:
Fear and fight sin; get rid of thine thick skin;
And a wise man long silent protested—
Stop this slaughter of sense; sink in thine sin.
Aghast, the learned man stopped his discourse
And mused on this mantra: SINK UNTO SIN!
I've got the cart, fine, now show me the horse.
Seek solace from what scriptures may well mean,
Do ensure to keep off thine mind's monkey.
How can I keep monkey's mischief at bay?
The more ye try, the more monkeys shall stay;
Here's what ye may try, here's the golden key:
Fight nor fear sin, nor run from battle scene,
Watch as witness— cleaving, nor ever keen.

Mind is a monkey, we all know. Try and control it and you are defeated. Let it do what it wants and it still defeats you. Here is how to keep it at bay. Beware; naught whatso is easy in life.
