O Yes It's True
When I was young,
simple and kind,
certain phrases
stayed on my mind...
'mergers and takeovers'
~~ underlined ~~
I knew not the meaning
but no I'm not dreaming
these two little words
knocked on my door.
How could I ignore them?
I had to explore them,
and that old word
~~~ economy ~~~
came back once more.
