i feel swindled
having read about
thinkers and intellectuals
reduced to the scaffolds
of acrostics.

there could be more
to them
something to start
a world with

builders of skyscrapers
inventors of rovers to Mars
discoverers of covid cures
and explorers of new
ideas.

we feel wasted with those
who create the disease
and spread this to the world
and then tell us the cure
for the best price

there are two faces of thinkers
one for us and one for the money
there are two kinds of intellectuals
one for the service of the world
and the other for its exploitation.
