Ok Poem by faith toney

Im ok with us being the where we are
and im ok with the way we left things to be
but what im not ok with is time I spent
its all gone, you wasted my life and your life too
I was happy then and I’m sorrowed now
I was glad to shed a tear so often
but when I look back I see so much unspoken
not only by me, but you held your self
loosened tongue, and heavy hearted
you spoke uneasy words to break what you thought was breakable
but you ended up breaking yourself
cause I can with hold the anger inside of me
so im ok living like it was nothing
but im not ok with you being gone
so far gone, out of reach by everyone
so lord please save him
the ONE I use to hold in my heart as the one I loved
lord your the only thing that this boy needs
give him so much more than I could have ever given him
but remember me when your clean
cause I will always have a place in my heart for you
so remember me when your there, so we can share all we are
and im ok with leaving you to find your own way
but im still not ok with the pain of saying goodbye
