Hi Wes. Fly tipping is usually carried by people who are paid to remove your rubbish. Instead of taking the rubbish to a designated Waste Disposal site, they merely dump it anywhere, usually in the countryside. The odd thing is that the Landowner then has the job of removing the despoiling waste. Not sure why it is called fly-tipping though fly is used over here to indicate dishonesty. If you say someone is a bit fly, they are probably a small time crook. Tom
