Lord give me the will to fight on,
Lord give me the strength to go on,
Lord give me the courage to endure,
All the pain that I know,
Help me stand tall,
In the times of adversity,
Help me be the rock that they lean on,
I'll carry the burden,
Of the world that's fallen upon you,
Let my heart,
Be filled with compassion and care,
Let me hold you close,
So that there's nothing to fear,
Shed your tears on my shoulders,
I won't deny you,
For I'll always love you,
Let me stare Death in it's face,
If only for one more day,
Just to see your face
One more time...
