The eyes are the doorways to the heart,
The eyes is how love at first sight begins to start,
The eyes that you have give you vision to see,
The building tools for your thoughts to seek out your destiny,

The eyes are the windows to the human soul,
The eyes hides the love within that you treasure like gold,
The eyes are everything, they are our guides in life,
They are our first tools when seeking out a husband or wife,

Our eyes are the key to this world we live in,
Our eyes can see deeper than the fabric of our skin,
When our eyes lock we can see the contents of our heart,
Emotions merge as our story takes its start,

So many eyes meet in a single lifetime,
Yet only one apple is worth the final climb,
I cannot promise you that i won't make you cry,
But will you be the apple of my eye?
