A man with luminous soul
Was sent by God
To blaze sparks of light
Amidst the lurking pitch dusk,
He smiled with the most worthy smile,
His thoughts sprinkled veracity,
His words weighed maxims,
His versatile genius borne no bounds -
A scientist, the Missile Man
And above all a true guide to India.
His abode have been the every heart
Who dreams with the open eyes.
He was the people's president
For he felt the trickles of pain
His Nation yielded.
But he left us all
Having done his part -
Igniting 'wings of fire'
Encoding his dream: India 2020
In the young minds of his beloved students.
Our homage to his immortal spirit,
For he'll be forever alive
In our inflamed sanity
And the vision he crafted on us! ! !
