Our Love Story Poem by Kelly La Vita

Our Love Story

Day in and day out, just another day filled with fights
Which leaves us both, tossing and turning with sleepless nights
What or who is the reasoning this time.?
Can't we go without arguing, is that such a crime.?

We seem to argue about the smallest or stupidest of things
Arguments that starts out nowhere
Sometimes we both say words that kinda stings
But that doesn't mean we don't care

We care for one another, with all our heart and soul
And when something bad happens, we feel alone, in a big black hole
Thinking that there's no one who's trying to help us out
But the other one is always there, with a rope, waiting no doubt

Yes we fight a lot and hurt each other even more
The love we have for each other burns hotter than the earths' core
So I'm using these last few lines saying that I'm sorry
Sorry for all the fights and that you shouldn't worry

I am here to stay,
And I aint running away, and
That I will love you until the day
The precious sea's blue turns to grey.
