Pacing Poem by Tom Squires

Pacing

The pacing light of morning
Broke the rhythm
Of the cold colored
Dark and early
Scenery outside
The rich earthy
Scent washed clean
All movements
From the night before
Shadows now turned
Hues of green
Breathing in the cool
Early part of the day

The breath of the early morning, lifted from a hush....a most ponderous start. Your words bring the daylight in.
