Papaya Leaf Vs Kiwi: Equal Match To Combat The Dengue

PAPAYA LEAF VS KIWI: EQUAL MATCH TO COMBAT THE DENGUE

I am the Plebeian Papaya Leaf, indubitably, deemed humble-
To recognize me, in a cluster, readily, one would Fumble
For, the cynosure of the lot was always the exotic fruit
Unrivaled in taste, helped the wily merchant in his loot,
Until, one day, reputations had begun to tumble...

As the saying goes, nobody looks in his own backyard
For ambrosia- - a place for all things you would discard...
But, the Maker, in his wisdom, has a visionary scheme-
Involving the meek..the humble with an audacious theme-
To provide the panacea that will be every doctor's day-dream!

So, here I am, unostentatiously, to take on, being privy
To a wind-whispered communique' to affront the KIWI
And prove the local legend true unlike the foreign fable
By being a medical marvel, efficacious and awfully affordable
To Gran'ma, re-invented, under Hippocratic oath, at the kitchen table
!
