Perfunctionary Poems on Ten Topics at Random

At random

At random

Via aggression

Is wanton.

Random happenings

Random happenings

Much like life

Harbouring events of strife

Imply concealed beginnings.

Random thoughts

Random thought

Unthought of

Unfought love

Can’t be bought.

Random events

Random events

Once caught

Are notorious for havock wrought

As sought laments.

Random occurrences

Random occurrences

Are as unpredicateble

And unforeseeable

As frequent disturbances.

Unexpected random

Unexpected random

Occurs sans prior warning

Such as mourning

At sad mortal kingdom.

Random expectations

Random expecations

Once unfulfilled

Or as happened thrilled

Defy further explanations.

Hardly random

Is hardly hard

Nor hardly soft lard

Softly wantom.

Random stardom

Brightens the sky

Momentarily in passing by

As cry for wisdom.

Random boredom

Is met with scorn

For once forlorn

For always seldom.
