Planted Poem by C.A. Morrow

Planted

Her heart shines red loyal
From a soul a violet deep
It grows my love in a soil
By a rue now long asleep

A pathway into a light beyond
Through the bleak darkness of my day
She with grace to it does respond
And moulds my toil with heaven's clay
