Play Me Now A Song Of Love Poem by Raymond Farrell

Play Me Now A Song Of Love

Play me now a song of love
With tender notes and clear
Touch my heart as from above
And banish all my fear.

Take me now in your embrace
And let me solace find
For I have wandered place to place
And have no peace of mind.

Your request for a song of love, I hear today, in the early morning chirping birds. Here in my Long Island longing, for just a tune, as such, you speak. Listen closely, the song plays on, perhaps if only in the distance, .for now.PEACE
