Can you tell me why you've been hiding
And why you have been running away from me?
Was it something I said?
Was it something I did?
Well friend I am sorry
Please forgive me
Because all I do is think of you
I care so much for you boy
Tell me, what can I do to get it back to the way things were?
Whatever I did
Please excuse it
I never wanted to hurt you
But I guess that is what I do
I am imperfect
But I want to make things better
I just want to continue to be your friend
So please tell me my wrongs
I'll apologize for whatever it is I have done
