Please Stay Home And Stay Safe.

There is a national coronavirus (COVID-19) suicide hot line number.1-800-584-3578.The number for care crisis is 1-800-261-3578. "Behavioral health wellness care at Providence Medical Center is open Monday-Friday 10 Am- 5PM." according to a third floor receptionist at Compass Health. Where I and several others are clients. I found out about the national suicide hot the watching Komo TV channel 4. You can call 911 for help. DCR will give you a mental health assessment. An ambulance will come and take you to the hospital. The police will come and you can be committed voluntarily. If you don't volunteer to be committed voluntary, you will committed involuntarily. According to the same receptionist.

If you know of anyone who needs help, but can't ask for it. If they need help, and don't want it. You can always try to intercede. By asking for urgent immediate medical/mental health crisis. I know from personal experience in the 1990's.I was hospitalized for mental illness in 1993,1994,1996 and finally 1988. I was voluntarily hospitalized for short terms. My sister was hospitalized several more
times than I was.

Yes, the mental health professional and medication/counseling were beneficial. I turned to God for help probably more than I have since I was 11 1/2 and was pushed off a cliff by my-so called best friend...I wrote poetry and other writings to help myself to mental suability. I watched television and went for walks when I was able to. My former church family Calvary Baptist, my deceased mother and aunt came to visit me in 1998.

I focused not on my mental illness but on my recovery.I do not focus currently on my mental or physical problems. I am coping with the COVID-19 virus. "I can do all things through Christ who strengths me. I take my prescriptions pretty much in compliance. But have having seen striving diligently 100% I do not have the Coronavirus virus.I am diligently praying for the recovery of its' victims' and their loved ones.

I am working on it with God. "Faith can move mountains."Read your Bible and devotional books at home. "The effectual prayer of a righteous man (or woman)avails much. We need to pray for this current Angel of Death passes over us and vanishes into thin air.(The whole wide world except the Continent Antarctica has the virus.According to KOMO TV News) Pray for our nation and our loved ones. Pray for the whole wide world! Praise be the Lord! A-Men

Love in Christ Jesus!
