It's time to remember the past,
And consider the days lost,
In endeavors turned futile,
And take heart from these lessons,
Build new creations,
On pillars of experience,
With a renewed fortitude.
Let us not forget,
The people whom we have met,
And given us pleasures and pains,
For in both these dimensions,
Are the parameters of life,
That we must treat with equal respect,
For the lessons they impart.
The future will only unfold,
What our Mentor has foretold,
And if we have learnt our lessons well,
The pleasures and pains won't tell,
For what difference will it make,
If we accept it in absolute faith,
And realize no wrong can ever be done,
Under our Mentor's sun.
