Poetry In Motion Poem by Laquory Jones

Poetry In Motion

Rating: 2.5

Poetry in motion
Aligning with the locomotion
Of my brain but what could
I ever do to help you feel my
Pain because we hurt through
Similar veins but not many
Are willing to walk its terrain
Sometimes I even wonder was
It all in vain so many things
Imploding causing me to go a
Little Bit insane Richie is just crazy
Is what they all begin to say
I'm just a poet who got thrust
Forward right into the fray

I just let the silence begin to
Build up slowly letting it stir up
Into intervals then let the ink
Begin to spray because it's
Critical for us as poets to
Have our say "Some say that
We're too liberal
Those poets never behave
I'm just trying to feed poetry
New minerals I feel its
Essential for any path that
We as poets begin to take
Only some will ever relate
Put fear in the snakes
And you'll finally feel the
Earth begin to quake It was
Destined to change through
The pictures we paint

Sometimes I just look up at the sky
Spreading my arms as if they were
Wings saying Look mom I can fly
When it's all said and done all I can
Say is that my fans took me high
The limit is always beyond the skies
If we never make it at least we're
Willing to give it a try you couldn't
Ever count the tears that I've
Already cried the emotions that
Continues to rumbles inside
The box that they try to lock us
Inside but we'll never be confined
These words sending chills up to
The spine it was all in due time

A bit of use of punctuation would have done good to the poem.
